Seasonal Paths
Seasons of Embodiment aligns with the cycle of the seasons and includes four seasonal paths, released throughout the year.
Seasonal paths include accessible practices attuned to the energy of each season, weaving in elements of somatics, breathwork, herbalism, plant-based whole foods, yoga, women’s cycles and hormones, seasonal living, and more!

Meet Your Guide, Emily
I’m Emily, a woman, a mother, and a fellow traveler on the path of embodiment. For years I lived caught in cycles of stress, perfectionism, and disconnection, bracing myself against life.
My journey back has been slow and tender, woven through somatic practices, seasonal living, and deep listening. Along the way, I’ve trained in yoga, somatics, herbalism, nutrition, and public health, gathering tools that now shape how I hold space for other women.
These practices carried me home to my body, my cycles, and my essential nature. It’s from this place that I invite you on this journey with me.

I have two young children, so I understand how precious time is. I invite you to not see this as something additional you have to do, a box to check, but a way of living and tools you can weave throughout your day. For example, once you practice the embodied listening a couple times, you can integrate pieces of it into everyday moments. Maybe you do candle breath on your morning commute or while washing the dishes. It’s about recognizing what your body needs and being able to meet those needs in simple ways in everyday moments.

This is a one time purchase. You will receive access to all four seasonal embodiment paths, but they will become available on a seasonal basis (October, January, April, and July). You will receive emailed reminders and invitations when each seasonal path opens.

Each seasonal path includes practices that you can easily integrate into your life with just 5 minutes per day. The movement practices are longer, about 20 minutes, but offer suggestions for shorter time frames.

This embodiment journey is designed for all levels of experience with embodiment work. It is a foundational offering well suited for women who are just learning to tune into their bodies and seasonal energetics. It also provides enough depth for women who are already on their embodiment journey, especially if they haven’t brought in a seasonal and cyclical lens.
