50 MINUTE SESSIONS | HELD VIRTUALLY
Through guided questioning, self-inquiry, and somatic practices, we will cultivate safety, comfort, and trust in your body and intuition. We will partner to regulate your nervous system, build capacity to be with the full spectrum of human emotions and sensations, and integrate all aspects of self to connect with your own authentic, liberated health.

CONNECT
Connect for a free 15 minute conversation to ask questions and learn more about how you can benefit from somatic embodiment sessions.

FOUNDATION SESSION
Prior to the first session, you will receive a health and lifestyle questionnaire to share more about your unique experience.
During the first session, we will get to know each other and set the foundation for our time together.

1:1 SESSIONS
During our 1:1 sessions, we will anchor through breath, touch, sound, and movement to come back into your body.
Each session includes guided questioning and self reflection, somatic practices to develop embodied self awareness, and resources and journal prompts for continued reflection between sessions.
Program Progression
The stages of Cultivate are divided into four seasons. We spiral through the program, building a strong foundation first and moving towards embodied aliveness.
Autumn
Discovering the state of your nervous system, anchoring into yourself, and cultivating inner safety.
Winter
Slowing down, learning how to listen to your body, and tuning into what feels nourishing.
Spring
Building your capacity to be with the full spectrum of emotions and sensations that are alive within you and cultivating self trust.
Summer
Connecting with your inner wisdom, walking in embodied aliveness, and taking aligned action toward liberated health.
There is no set timeline for progressing through the seasons of Cultivate as every person and journey is unique.
