I've been quiet on here lately. Navigating the transition to summer and some shake ups in my daily routines (thanks Uranus in Gemini). But I'm keeping a steady rhythm over on Substack. I like the slower pace and longer content where I can share more
I’ve been feeling a shift. 

Not a big splashy transformation, but a subtle reworking.

Like puzzle pieces, once tightly joined, have shifted slightly and now there are small gaps between them. 

I feel like the me of me is changing.
I can easily slip into starting my day with my to-do list and jumping into work mode. This ultimately leads to stress and something I call “panic working”.
